A thorough review of your history, symptoms and any recent lab work, from home.

Your plan and lab testing
A personalised written plan, with lab testing at a location near you anywhere in Ontario.
What a first appointment involves
Intake forms to be filled out prior to the appointment
Medical History (recent surgeries, medications, allergies)
Discuss Health Concerns
Lab Review (if you have recent lab work)
If no recent lab work we will discuss which lab work I believe you should complete
You leave with a personalized plan based on my professional opinion
A follow up is booked in order to determine if treatment plan is working and can be stopped, continued or altered
Acute care visits by video
Feeling run down with a cold, flu, sinus congestion or a stomach bug? Book a short acute care visit by secure video from home. We'll talk through your symptoms and how to support your recovery, and I'll tell you clearly if you need to be seen in person by your doctor or urgent care.
Acute care visits are 15 minutes, $65, and open to new and existing patients anywhere in Ontario.
