About Dr. Sonya Arrigo, ND

I'm Dr. Sonya Arrigo, ND, a naturopathic doctor registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. I see patients in person at Insight Naturopathic Clinic in Leaside, Toronto, and by secure video anywhere in Ontario. My practice focuses on women's hormonal health, fertility and postpartum care, gut health, and children's health, in English and Spanish.

My journey into naturopathic medicine began with my own healing, and it continues through every patient I support. I felt like the conventional medical system was providing me with options that did not align with me and the solutions I was being provided with were not getting to the root of the issue. When I discovered naturopathic medicine I immediately took to it and turned it into my career! I truly believe in this form of medicine and I am very lucky to be able to share this work with my patients.

I practise evidence-informed naturopathic medicine. That means a detailed history, lab testing when it will genuinely change the plan, and honesty about what the research does and doesn't support. I work alongside your family doctor and specialists, not instead of them.
